  1. Anyone who have suspicion of mortgage fraud and crimes related to commercial crime must report. We must stop this epidemic that is destroying lives.

Thanks Ralph for that funny posting.

  2. Tina its not enough just to report the fraud we also must have people that under stand it and do something about it.
You bet it destoyes lives not just the victims but everyone around them. May be we should keep making complaints until some one does something

  3. Bob & Tina - I must agree on all counts…this does destroy lives…even the lives of the people that report it - like mine.

I did the right thing - walked away from my job - went to the authorities. (in reality - I had no other choice)

Currently unable to find employment to pay my bills (I’m about to lose it ALL - my home and my car) because everyone else involved in this type of activity IS still working making money and taking jobs from those of us that do the right thing.

I know it takes time to prosecute white collar crime - but WHY? If these people were drug dealers they would’ve ALREADY been put out of business, arrested / prosecuted and/or convicted. That’s where things need to change - put them in the same class of scum they deserve to be.

  4. You are right Ruth these fraudsters want to blame the victims but we put our trust in them and they use there knowlage of the laws and system to there advatage.
Every one says the middle class is being squeezed out but not just because of the lose of jobs it is also MORTGAGE FRAUD that is causeing the middle class to disappear.
The most frustrating part of the whole thing Ruth is even if you have proof you still have to have someone do somthing about it.

The fraudster in my case knows he is guilty and knows I can prove it but he does not have the guts to let me speak out about it he is just like all the other a coward and they don’t have the skill to make an honest liveing the have to take advatage of people.
